Every JULY order is prepared with care and shipped from our fulfillment partner.

- Shipping cost: calculated at checkout based on destination
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking so you can follow it every step of the way.
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays outside our control.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel as good in JULY as you look. If something isn't right, we make it simple.
- You have 14 days from your recieved date to request a return or exchange
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Sale items and items purchased at introductory pricing are final sale, unless otherwise stated
How it works

- We'll send you return instructions
- Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within [5–7] business days
Exchanges are handled the same way — just let us know the size or style you'd like instead, and we'll get it moving as soon as your return is received.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us at [info@julyactive.com] within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right, no return shipping required.
